Bay City provides professional design and construction services and
is dedicated to the constant pursuit of EXCELLENCE AND CLIENT SATISFACTION.
Providing professional Design/Build services is our reason for being
here. Bay City is organized to deliver a full range of services -
project site selection and development, architectural, engineering and
construction - on an integrated basis under a single contract. Effective
coordination of all disciplines is ensured through our fully computerized
engineering, drafting and project management and cost control systems.
Preliminary Architectural & Engineering Design
We determine with you the initial scope and purpose of the project.
This involves an examination of the facility's proposed functions, occupancy
load, any future expansion requirements, image quality, the ownership structure,
and the time for occupancy. With this data, a preliminary design
concept is developed.
Site Selection & Development
We can assist in the selection of suitable sites for your project in
different locations and price ranges within the market area you identify.
Once a site has been selected, we make arrangements for soil tests and
topographical surveys, and then undertake and coordinate basic site development
work.
Design Concept & Cost Proposal
The preliminary design concept is further developed by our architects
and engineers and reviewed by our cost estimators and construction staff.
They, in turn, develop the cost estimates and time schedules, all to be
incorporated in an all-inclusive package proposal for your approval.
Detailed Architectural &
Engineering Design
Once the design concept and cost proposal meets your needs, then detailed
architectural , structural, mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications
are prepared and the ordering of critical materials is undertaken.
Construction Fast-Tracking
Construction commences promptly upon your approval of drawings, specifications
and contract documents, when you are fully satisfied that the proposed
project meets your requirements, quality expectations, and budget.
Early occupancy is a priority. |
